The COVID-19 situation continues to present new challenges to all of us on a daily basis. Our first priority must be the health of our teachers, studio owners, employees, and families.
The city of Greensboro, NC, where Musikgarten is located, has issued a Stay at Home order that goes into effect Friday, March 27, 2020 at 5:00pm. Since Musikgarten ships physical goods and services we qualify as one of the essential businesses, which may continue to do business. However the city of Greensboro is asking those companies to scale back business hours and personnel to basic needs of running the business.
To support the national effort “to flatten the curve” we have decided to take the following extra measures:
- Beginning Monday March 30th Musikgarten will move to a reduced hour work week. Office hours: Monday – Thursday, 10:00am – 3:30pm EDT each day. Friday the office will be closed, but we will be working remotely to serve you.
- Shipping of orders: Orders will be shipped Monday – Thursday and all orders are shipped as usual the next business day. This could change depending on any supply chain closures or product manufacturing closures. NOTE: Orders taken on Thursdays or sent in on Friday will be shipped the following Monday.
