COVID-19 ASSISTANCE
Economic Injury Disaster Loans

The SBA’s EIDL program provides small businesses with working capital loans of up to $2 million, including a forgivable advance of up to $10,000.

Paycheck Protection Program

The PPP provides loans of up to $10 million. SBA will forgive the portion of the loan proceeds that are used to cover 8 weeks of payroll and certain other expenses following loan origination.

Employee Retention Tax Credit

The ERTC is applied against the employer portion of payroll taxes.

The Treasury Department will develop a process for employers to receive an advance payment of the tax credit.
