Take The Survey!

And now for something completely different.

The Environmental Sustainability Committee is striving to learn what environmental and sustainability initiatives are important to Lake Foresters. To assist in collecting this data, the Committee has created a short survey to gauge environmental and sustainability awareness within the community. The results of this survey will be used to help shape the Committee’s future policy initiatives, outreach and engagement priorities.

It should take about 5 minutes to complete, and all responses are anonymous. If you are interested in participating in the survey, please follow this link:,
Don't Forget...
It's as Easy as
It's Important

Please respond online at or by phone at 844.330.2020.

In the coming months, when it is safe to do so, Census takers will follow up with in-person visits to addresses for which responses have not been received.

Completing the Census questionnaire is easy, secure and important. Thank you for helping Lake Forest and Illinois achieve a Complete Count!
