HealthPro Policies during COVID-19 Outbreak.  3/23/2020

At this time Texas Board of Chiropractic Examiners considers chiropractic care an essential part of healthcare for all non-wellness or chronic care of our patients.  Because of this, HealthPro will remain open as long as we are not mandated to do otherwise. 

We would like to continue to support our patients who are in need of acute care during this time. This includes pregnant women who are dealing with pain, and cannot seek care anywhere else, including medications. We would also like to continue to support our babies who may be dealing with latch or breastfeeding issues, torticollis or plagiocephaly, as when these issues are addressed sooner there are better outcomes for baby and mom. 

If you have a regular monthly or biweekly appointment, and consider your care more “wellness” based please reschedule.  

We will be implementing new office policies during this time to remain open:

·      Front door will remain open, as one less surface to touch

·      When you walk in please go to the sink and wash your hands

·      We will be asking if you have been experiencing any symptoms related to COVID-19 such as fever, cough or have been traveling anywhere

·      We will eliminate iPad check in stations

·      When you walk in, front desk will direct to you a room, 1, 2, Family or Acu, you will no longer be escorted there

·      Massage, muscle work and other modalities will be unavailable at this time

·      Please limit the number of people who you bring to your visit.  

·      Please have your card on file.  We will call you to “check out” which will include payment and scheduling over phone 

·      If you are a new patient you must have your  entire paperwork fill out ahead of timeor you must go to your car to finish the paperwork. 

·      As always, we will be diligently cleaning tables and surfaces as well as washing our hands.

Know that HealthPro is here for you!  Your doctors are available to you anytime if you cannot make it into the office over the phone or by email. 

Understand this is a fluid situation and thing may change day by day.  We will keep you posted with the latest information.
