Dear Brewster Day Camp Families,

I hope that you are doing well and staying healthy! Our goal is to provide our Camp Family with helpful and precise information about our plans as we move closer towards the summer.

While the situation is shifting on a daily basis across the country, BDC's outlook remains stable. We are continuing to hire staff, prepare curriculum and programming, and maintain and improve our facilities.

Many families are enduring significant challenges in light of the uncertainty caused by COVID. With this in mind, we are moving our May 1st deadline for  tuition payments and schedule changes for a refund to May 15th.   Our goal is to provide increased flexibility for families and more time to make thoughtful and safe summer plans.

We understand that mandated closures and stay-at-home instructions currently extend past this May 15th deadline, in certain states. We will re-assess this new May 15th deadline for  tuition payments and  schedule changes for a refund as we approach Massachusetts' current May 4th deadline. You can expect to receive additional information about this deadline over the next few weeks.

Please know that we take our role very seriously and are closely monitoring the situation. We are receiving information and recommendations from our state and local health departments, the American Camp Association, and our own network of medical professionals. This information is critical to us and we will continue to keep you apprised of our plans moving forward.

Sending you all tons of Courage, Hope, Good Spirit & Peace!
