COVID-19 Provider Q&A Virtual Meeting: Monday, March 23 at 2 pm
Dear Provider,

We’ve received a number of questions from the provider community related to the most recent communication that have been distributed from ELC and OEL. In an effort to more broadly communicate these questions and others that you may have (and the answers that we have), we are scheduling a COVID-19 Provider Q&A Virtual Meeting via GoToMeeting on Monday, March 23 at 2 pm.

Shan Goff and/or a representative from OEL, William Karp from Broward County Child Care Licensing and ELC staff will be available on the call to answer your questions.

How to submit your questions in advance:

In preparation for the meeting, please submit your questions to [email protected], no later than March 23 at 10 am. ELC staff will follow up with providers who submit questions after this deadline.

  2. Use the "Send to" drop-down menu to select the recipients of the message.

  • Individual attendee – Only the selected organizer or attendee will receive the private message.
3.Type your message in the text field, then click  Send.

What if I am unable to attend?

We understand this is a very busy time for many of our providers. If you are unable to attend the virtual meeting, a recording of the conference call will be made available on our website www.elcbroward.org/coronavirus .

Lastly, please understand that you may have questions that we do not have the answers to. We know that the absence of information is frustrating. There are a number of issues where we are waiting for OEL for guidance. Later today, OEL will be sending additional information and clarification, so please keep an eye out for this communication.

We will continue to work closely with OEL and our community partners to ensure you receive timely and accurate information.

Thank you,
ELC of Broward
