Premier announces Four-Week Curfew & Extension of Non-Essential Business Closures
Today, the Government of Quebec has announced the following additional lockdown measures to further combat the spread of COVID-19 within the province:

  • a four-Week curfew beginning January 9 until February 8. Curfew is in effect from 8 pm to 5 am daily for the four-week period. Individuals are only permitted to leave their homes for work and fines are in effect for anyone not following the curfew.

  • Non-essential businesses remain closed until February 8. Curb-side pick-up will be permitted for certain retail establishments.

  • Individual outdoor activities will be permitted.
