Dear Archons, Vice Archons, MALs and CKAs,

The past few weeks have been challenging for everyone as we process the impacts of COVID-19. Despite the uncertainty, we have seen the resilience of our sisterhood as our members rise to meet these new challenges.

We understand some of our sisters are facing financial hardships. In an effort to ease some of the burden, we're introducing the Sapphire Circle Emergency Assistance Grant to provide financial assistance to Phi Sigma Sigma sisters in need. Through these grants, we will be able to ease our sister's financial burden and provide our sisters with hope during life's most difficult moments.
PROMOTION & REFERRING SISTERS IN NEED
At times like this, we are extra thankful to have the love and support of our Phi Sigma Sigma sisters! As leaders of your chapter responsible for coordinating outreach and care, we expect that you might become aware of the unique needs and hardships your chapter sisters are facing. If you are made aware of a sister who is currently facing financial hardship, encourage her to apply, here.

Announcing and promoting this gracious opportunity to access support is important as the impact grows and changes for individuals. Post and share the Sapphire Circle Grant information on your chapter’s internal communication platforms (OmegaOne, Facebook, meeting minutes).

Suggested Post: Phi Sigma Sigma continues to support our sisters and provide hope during these uncertain times! If you or someone you know are in need, check out the Foundation's Sapphire Circle Emergency Assistance Grant. And if you're in a position to help, I hope you'll join our chapter in supporting the Foundation! https://www.onephisigmasigma.org/foundation-sapphire-circle-grant
