COVID-19 Resources for Artists & Arts Organizations

During the COVID-19 crisis, the Arts Council will be compiling resources for artists and organizations who are experiencing personal or business losses due to the economic impact of the pandemic. This list will be updated weekly as news and information become available, with new resources listed towards the top.

PAR Network Grants
Ten grants of between $5,000 - $25,000 each will be awarded for projects to support both the development of new or emerging disaster preparedness networks that include performing arts and culture organizations, and the expansion of existing networks to increase participation among performing arts organizations.
Rolling deadline through April 30, 2021.

One-time grants of $1,500 for experimental artists who have had performances or exhibitions canceled/postponed due to COVID-19.

The New Jersey State Council on the Arts, created in 1966, is a division of the NJ Department of State. The Council was established to encourage and foster public interest in the arts; enlarge public and private resources devoted to the arts; promote freedom of expression in the arts; and facilitate the inclusion of art in every public building in New Jersey. The Council receives direct appropriations from the State of New Jersey through a dedicated, renewable Hotel/Motel Occupancy fee, as well as competitive grants from the National Endowment for the Arts.
