Opportunities Exchange expert Louise Stoney speaks: "What does the ECE field need more than anything right now?" while highlighting one of our own Richmond centers, St. James CDC, on what allowed them to invest more money and time in their staff. Hear her speak about the importance of hands on coaching and technology as a way to support programs to be successful businesses while offering high quality child care.

Richmond City Parks, Recreation and Community Facilities:
