Virginia has developed a unified set of early learning and development standards for children 0-5. These standards will replace the Milestone's of Child Development (The Virginia Department of Social Services) and the Foundation Blocks for Early Learning (Virginia Department of Education - VDOE. The preliminary draft is ready to view. Your input is needed to make this a document that all early care providers can use to guide children's growth and development.
