On Wednesday, July 22nd Governor Ralph Northam will be signing
Senate Bill 578/House Bill 1012 into law. The bill unifies the Commonwealth’s early childhood programs under the VA Department of Education and charges the State Board of Education with developing a uniform early childhood quality rating and improvement system.
