We are continuing our efforts to reach out to businesses during this uncertain time. We have included in this email resources for businesses, as well as a few virtual events for you to attend if you have questions and/or ideas about supporting the business community as we respond to the COVID-19 situation.
BUSINESS RESOURCE CALL: MARCH 24
We have arranged a call for our businesses to hear updates from a few of our resource partners. If you are available, please join us Tuesday, March 24th at 9am for an update from the Missouri Job Center, the Department of Economic Development, and the Small Business Development Center. See call-in information below:

You can join the virtual meeting by clicking on the link below (you will be prompted to download the Zoom app to your computer) or by dialing the phone number and entering the Meeting ID:

TWITTER CHAT: MARCH 20
To remain connected to our businesses, we are trying something new: Twitter Chats! If you have never participated in a Twitter Chat, it is pretty simple. All you need is a Twitter account (which you can create here if you do not already have one). Each Twitter Chat will have a specific topic, which you are invited to discuss with a "guest speaker" and anyone else who wants to join in! You do not even have to be on Twitter during the time of the Twitter Chat, as you can post your comments in the conversation whenever is convenient for you! If you would like to join us for the first Twitter Chat, simply follow us on Twitter ( @ShowMeCCMO ) and be on the lookout for our discussion questions this Friday, March 20th!
GET CONNECTED WITH YOUR NEIGHBORS TO DISCUSS WHO'S OPEN IN CHRISTIAN COUNTY
Upon request by Christian County Emergency Management, we created a Facebook group for Christian County residents and businesses to stay connected. If you want to share how your business is adapting to this situation, or you want to read about what is open in Christian County, join the group here.
