Dear Partner,
SBA’s PPP program,   received its initial infusion of $350B, that amount ran out as of 4/16/20. There are conversations of another federal infusion of $250B allowing for another round of PPP loans. We highly advise, if you missed this initial phase to still touch base with a local SBA approved lender--such as Zions Bank and start with the initial application steps.
The US Chamber of Commerce Foundation opened a Save Small Business $5,000 grant initiative offering short-term relief for small employers in the United States and its territories. Applications go live April 20, 2020 at 12PM PST

TO QUALIFY YOU MUST
- Employ between 3 and 20 people
- Be located in an economically vulnerable community
- Have been harmed financially by the COVID-19 pandemic

USDA Rural Development has taken a number of immediate actions to help rural residents, businesses and communities affected by the COVID-19 outbreak. Rural Development will keep our customers, partners, and stakeholders continuously updated as more actions are taken to better serve rural America.

SEUALG Unified Funding Rapid Rehousing Program currently has approximately $5,000 left to assist Homeless individuals with housing. This includes Rental deposits, rental assistance and Utility deposits.

The TANF Family Housing Program has approximately $54,247 in funds to assist families with dependent children in the home with Rental deposits, past due rent and mortgage payments.

Alternative business funding has opened throughout the country. Here is a list of options created by the Colorado Office of Economic Development, some are Colorado specific--however many include nationally available grant/loan options.

FUNDING RESOURCES
Below we have outlined local, state, and federal resources where funding is available. We recommend that businesses act quickly if they are interested. Please note information is constantly evolving, if you are tracking a funding source be sure to check back regularly. There is an update timestamp in the footer of the resource document for reference.
Please note changes in SBA Economic Injury Disaster Loan Advance In order to qualify for the Advance, you must submit this   new application  even if you previously (prior to 3/30/20) submitted an EIDL application. Applying for the Advance will not impact the status or slow your existing EIDL application.

Funds will be made available within three days of a successful application, and this loan advance will not have to be repaid.
Utah has launched an SBA Rapid Response team to help answer immediate SBA loan/program questions. Please use the following form to reach out to the team. Also you are welcome to contact our office.
