Dear Osprey Families,
Governor Polis announced this afternoon that school campuses across the state will remain closed through at least April 30.
Unfortunately, this is no April Fool's Day joke, and the governor's proclamation extends our current school closure.
The extended school closure means that the
AHS Prom is now officially postponed
. We do not have an alternate date set at this time but will keep you posted as plans evolve.
We recognize that this news will be difficult for many in our school community, and encourage you to continue to call upon the Habit of Heart and Mind we may all need to exercise most right now--
Perseverance
. The Osprey community will, indeed, persevere through this challenging time and, in fact, we already are. We are deeply appreciative of all the hard work our staff is doing to engage students through remote learning, and grateful to our families for all their ongoing support and encouragement.
