Dear Early Childhood Professional:
Thank you for your commitment to keeping our young children, families, communities, and yourself safe and healthy. In support of the Delaware Division of Public Health (DPH), the Office of Child Care Licensing (OCCL) and the Delaware Institute for Excellence in Early Childhood (DIEEC) is helping to distribute free COVID-19 test kits to licensed child care providers.
We have added an evening pickup time for Thursday, June 2, 2022 from 6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. at Stubbs Early Education Center, 1100 North Pine Street, Wilmington, DE 19801.
For your convenience, we will have sites located throughout Delaware and you may pick up your COVID-19 test kits from any of the following locations on the designated dates and times below.
Test kits will be distributed on a first come, first served basis. The kits distributed now will expire June 30, 2022 so keep that in mind when deciding how many boxes you want to receive. (There are two tests per box.) Please distribute test kits to staff and the families you serve but remember child care providers may not test children for COVID-19 without written parental permission.
When picking up your test kits, please bring bags for easier transport. You do not need to call first to pick up test kits; just come only during the days/times listed below.
