Information from Wuhan
On behalf of Dr. Pamela Roussos...

Dear Colleagues,

I have reached out to a physician from Union hospital of Wuhan Tongji Medical College who was on the front lines in Wuhan and one of the first batch of physicians who were treating patients after the COVID-19 outbreak there. Following is a link to a handbook that can be used as a resource for you.  https://covid-19.alibabacloud.com.  It outlines PPE, disinfection, diagnosis, treatment, discharge, etc.

I am sure it will be one of many informational resources for our medical community as we have many connections to institutions that are in many stages of the pandemic. I thought it to be useful as a community physician that does family practice and hospital medicine to share it with my fellow colleagues. The physician from Wuhan did mention that aprox 80% of patients did fine with self isolation, lots of oral hydration and good nutrition at home.

My best wishes to everyone during this time.

Sincerely,
Dr. Pam Roussos
