PRG Remote Launch and
April Membership Dues

First of all, I want to personally thank all of you, our members and extended community, for your continued support and patience during the current crisis. Our business depends on people like you, and we are humbled and inspired by your commitment to the PRG and all that it represents.
As many of you are aware, the state's COVID-19 closure mandates have been extended until April 6th in our region. We believe that these restrictions are likely to continue, at least until the end of April. While we support these restrictions to preserve the health and greater good of the wider community, it is impossible to ignore the great strain they put on all of us, both financially and psychologically. Still, we are climbers; and so, it has been our goal to rise to the occasion, to find ways to give back, to inspire ourselves and our community, and to reduce that strain as best as we can.
To that effect, we have been busy making plans and developing options to continue to serve our climbing community to the best of our ability—to help keep you active, hopeful and inspired during these difficult times…and, to get back to climbing as soon as the restrictions are lifted.
As a result, we are excited to officially launch PRG Remote--an online version of our amazing community! Using this platform, we will deliver at-home workouts, special online offers, climbing-specific content, and most importantly, a way to stay connected when we can't be together at PRG.

For those of you who are willing and able, we humbly ask that you continue to keep your memberships active during this period of restrictions.
In return, not only will you have access to PRG Remote and all we can offer, but also your monthly dues will go to help our staff, insuring their ability to keep working, and to keep creating amazing content for you at home, until we're able to reopen. In addition, all PRG members who keep their memberships active during the coming month, will receive an automatic one month extension to their memberships, in addition to the extension we have already offered for March. On this matter, we humbly and sincerely appreciate your consideration, patience, and continued support.
That said, we know that some of you are in a time of unexpected financial uncertainty, and may be unable to support our staff while we're closed. We understand, of course, and want to work with you to help as best we can.
If you are unable to keep your membership active, you may suspend your membership by clicking the link below.
All advanced notice requirements and fees are waived, and once our doors re-open, you will be able to restart your membership without delay. Due to our current limitations as a result of the restrictions, we ask that you request your suspension only through the link below.
We are unable to reliably process email requests at this time*

I want to, once again, on behalf of myself and all of the PRG Staff, say how grateful we are for your patience, understanding, and support during this crisis. We want to assure you that we are working tirelessly to do right by you, our wonderful community, during this difficult situation. Your continued support will keep our team working for you during this closure, and ensure we are here to get you back to climbing once these restrictions are lifted.
We at the PRG wish you all good health and a speedy return to more normal times.
Best wishes,
David H Rowland
