We are excited to have reopened all of our core programs and welcomed volunteers back into the building.

Your generosity inspires the best in us and brings relief to those in need. Thank you. You have helped us implement changes in program delivery to meet the demands of our community while keeping our staff safe. We are ever grateful for your continued support.

24-HOUR HOTLINE: 804-980-6267
FOOD PANTRY

We are offering online and phone pre-ordering and contact-free, curbside grocery pick-up.
What a difference it has made to welcome back some of our Food Pantry volunteers!
MEDICAL and DENTAL CLINIC

After implementing a number of safety measures, we are seeing patients in the Clinic and, when possible, continuing to offer Tele-Medicine and curbside medical visits.

The need for emergency dental care has risen. We are especially grateful to our 7 volunteer dentists for providing emergency care in their offices this spring. Upon re-opening, our Dental Clinic treated 69 clients in July. Check-out the innovative ways we are working to create a safe Clinic environment!
FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE

We anticipate the need for financial assistance to increase as we move into the fall.
Those seeking help paying a bill can apply by phone.
MEDICAL TRANSPORTATION

Medical Transportation is back! The van is limited to 3 riders a day to ensure social distancing and moisture guards have been installed to keep everyone safe. All riders are required to wear a mask and check their temperature before boarding.
CLOTHES CLOSET

In addition to accepting donations Monday, Wednesday, & Friday, the Clothes Closet is now open to registered clients for shopping by appointment only - with new guidelines in place to keep everyone safe. Clients shopping for children's clothing can also order by phone.
REGISTRATION

In addition to offering phone registration, we will soon offer online registration for people seeking assistance from GoochlandCares.
