Dear Oxbridge Parents/Guardians,

Travel Forms and Alerts

On Monday we updated you on our preparedness plans related to COVID-19. We requested that you inform us if your student plans to travel internationally between now and the end of the school year. We have prepared a form to make providing this information easier. Please click HERE   to complete and submit the form.

Additionally, if any student or member of your family has recently traveled to a Level 3 or Level 2 area as determined by the CDC, please contact immediately. These countries are as follows:

Level 3: China, South Korea, Italy, and Iran
Level 2: Japan

Self-Quarantining and Absences

Any student who has been near or around a symptomatic individual must self-quarantine (stay at home) and contact the school, just as any sick student should also stay home. These situations count as excused absences, and Oxbridge has eliminated any grade penalties for significant excused absences while we work to reduce the likelihood of any COVID-19 outbreak on campus. Students should contact their advisors and teachers to apprise them of the situation so that learning can continue, if possible, for the student.

Trip Cancellations

After carefully reviewing the most current CDC information about the spread of COVID-19 and our own risk assessment of sending students and faculty on trips during an international health crisis, we have made the decision to cancel the following trips, in addition to those we canceled in January. The Business Office will be processing a complete refund of any monies paid in for these trips. Mrs. Lisa Weger will be contacting parents to discuss your preferred method of refund. Lisa can be reached at 561-972-9820.
