Welcome to our newsletter for March 2020. Our lives have certainly changed in the past few weeks, in an unprecedented way. We hope that you and your family are safe and healthy.

While there is no shortage of news on the coronavirus, one reliable source is the City of Toronto's website . Coverage from the Toronto Star and the Globe and Mail are also free.

The real estate industry has been declared an essential service. This was done primarily to ensure homeowners with pending closings, i.e., those who have already bought and need to sell or those who have sold and have to buy, etc., are able to transact.

Although it is difficult to perform business as usual, we are working very hard to provide our clients with the excellent service that they have expected and received from us over the years. In keeping with our governments guidelines regarding social distancing we are avoiding face-to-face meetings when possible and we are temporarily not holding open houses. Be rest assured that if your property is listed with us that we are coordinating very closely with our social media team to ensure that your property is exposed to as many buyers and buyer agents as possible. The numbers of satisfied sellers at this point is still very high. If you are a buyer client, do not despair, there are still good properties coming on the market and we are absolutely dedicated to finding your perfect home or investment. Please call us anytime if you have any questions or concerns.

In this issue of our newsletter, you will find links to some restaurants that are now offering takeout and delivery as well as options for grocery delivery services.

To keep you busy while you shelter in place, we have an article about Visiting 500 International Museums online and a list of 49 things to do at home.

We have also included some of our current listings, recent sold listings, and market news.

All the Best,
