COVID-19 Update: "Stay in Place" Order Issued
Union sibling,

Starting tomorrow at 12:00 noon, the Governor has issued a stay-at-home advisory and ordered non-essential businesses closed through April 7th.

While this order is designed to protect the health of even more residents of the Commonwealth, we want you know it will have little bearing on most of our member's work plans. Most - if not all - of our members have already been informed if they are emergency staff or not.

If your emergency status has changed, you will hear directly from your manager. If you do not hear from your manager, assume your status and work instructions remain the same.
As we learn more, we'll keep you posted. Continue to work with your chapter advisors for agency-specific questions and issues that arise. Here are some important resources to connect with us:

  • All of our staff are working remotely, but they are fully available to assist members during this difficult period. If you or a fellow member needs assistance, you can contact your steward, use our staff directory to reach a union representative, or call the Member Action Resource Center (MARC) at 1-800-632-8079.

Stay well, and take care.
