Dear Staff,

As many of you are working at home during this unprecedented time, we wanted you to have some updated information about business operations.

The business office is operating normally at this time. Any invoices you receive electronically can be submitted to Michelle Tirpak ( ) via email with your approval and the correct coding. We are working on a process to distribute invoices received by mail and will update you once that is in place. Invoices will continue to be paid weekly.

Mailroom operations (including copying services) are also operating as usual. The mailroom will be open Monday through Friday from 1-4pm. (If you usually have personal packages delivered to CIM, you may want to update your delivery address to your home, at least through April 6.)

Timesheets must be submitted electronically . Because most staff are working remotely, paper timesheets cannot be accepted. You can download the Excel version of your timesheet from the ADP website ; they are available in the Forms box. You can complete the entire sheet electronically (sign by typing your name in the appropriate field), or you can print, complete on paper, and scan (several free or low-cost scanning apps are available for iPhone and Android). Please submit this pay period to your supervisor by Tuesday, March 24 (earlier than usual) to allow extra processing time while everyone adjusts.

IT services and support are still available to you. Information about Microsoft Teams, which is a full-featured program that allows for video conferencing, audio calls, chat, and group file storage (useful for workgroup collaboration) was sent to you on March 11. Additional information about support will come on Monday.

Robinson Music Library will be open Monday through Friday from 9am to noon, with only essential staff. All other library staff are available by email. If you need access to library materials, find more information in the email sent today to faculty .

Remember that CIM has a response webpage dedicated to COVID-19 ( ), and copies of most communications are available there for reference. A detailed FAQ is being developed, also, and will be posted soon.

We understand that this situation is rapidly evolving and appreciate your continued flexibility and patience under these extraordinary circumstances.
