Find the Right Dentist or Practice to Purchase
Earlier this week Iowa dentists received a message from Dr. Kenneth McDougall, ADA 10 th District Trustee from North Dakota, where he stressed, “finding the right practice for you is vital to your career satisfaction and success.” Iowa is one of eight states involved in the ADA Practice Transitions (ADAPT) service that matches those looking for associateships with those who have positions available or those purchasing a practice with those wishing to sell their practice.

As one of the dentists who purchased a practice through ADAPT said, “ ADAPT isn’t just matching you with an area. It’s matching you with a person, a practice, and a mindset, so you’re not going into a situation where you don’t mesh.

Even if you do not plan to make a change soon, the  ADAPT blog is full of advice  that can help you better manage your practice or plan for your future. Take control of your future so you enjoy a successful career and retire with confidence.
