All vaccine sites will accept walk-ins for 12 to 15 year-olds effective Thursday. Please show up at the same time as your first appointment to the same location in Old Town. (For example, if you had a 10:00am appointment on April 22, your Thursday, May 13 appointment is also at 10:00am). Additionally, please bring the following items

  • Photo ID
  • May 13 Registration / Consent form
  • CDC Card

All attendees should have received an email reminder, with a registration/consent form in case you misplaced it.

The CDC encourages everyone to receive the second shot to ensure the vaccine’s effectiveness and protection from COVID-19. If you do not receive your second vaccination, you are not considered fully vaccinated.
