As you may know, our government announced today that Calgary has been given the go ahead to reopen salons and barber shops as of Monday May 25. While we are so excited to welcome you back, we are going to take a few extra days to prepare our team and locations to ensure we provide you with the safest experience possible. Please read below for what you can except at your next salon visit.

Appointment Booking Process
Rebooking Procedure:

We will be booking guests in the order of cancellation through the March 16 to May 31 period. Please allow us the time to do so through the week of May 25 through May 29. We expect to be able to open our appointment books (online and by phone) and start accepting new appointments in early June .

If you had an appointment that was cancelled during the March 16 to May 31 closure, expect an email and/or phone call from our team in the coming week so we can assess where your comfort level is at with returning to the shop and what your hair needs are.

If you have a pre-existing appointment in June or July , we will do our best to leave said appointment as is. However , because of changes to some barber's hours, we may have to reschedule. We will be in contact as soon as possible through email and phone to do so.

If you are a regular guest but did not have a scheduled appointment during the above time(s), we kindly ask for your patience while we honour our commitments to previously booked guests. We will send a formal notice once our online and phone booking systems are opened to new appointments ( we plan to have this announcement out early June ).

Please understand that due to social distancing restrictions and our new sanitization protocols, our barber's availability may be limited.
We have decided to be cashless through this time for everyone's safety. You will be required to have a credit card (or credit debit) on file through our secure system to reserve any future appointments.

At your appointment, you will be able to have contactless check out OR you can pay with any other debit or credit card at that time.
What to expect at your next visit

Your safety is our top priority and we have implemented new measures consistent with Alberta Health Services' industry-specific guidelines. Please read below for a general outline of these new measures or click here for more details .

  • Guests will be required to take AHS' COVID-19 self-assessment questionnaire and a temperature check prior to accessing the salon
  • All barbers have completed a COVID-19 specific sanitization/barbicide certification
  • Masks will be mandatory for both guests and team members
  • All stations will be sanitized between each guest (and there will be regular sanitization of common areas such as the waiting area and front desk)
  • Social distancing measures will be in place throughout our space (we are operating at limited capacity and each station will be at least two metres apart)
  • Food, beverage and magazine service is temporarily suspended
  • Contactless payment (see above for details on updating your payment information through our online system)
We are offering two different gift card options:  One for our online retail store  and the other to be used for service and/or retail in the salon when we re-open.
