We will be booking guests in the order of cancellation through the March 16 to May 31 period.
Please allow us the time to do so through the week of May 25 through May 29. We expect to be able to open our appointment books (online and by phone) and
start accepting new appointments in early June
If you had an appointment that was cancelled during the March 16 to May 31 closure,
expect an email with a digital consultation form in the coming week so we can assess where your salon comfort is at and what your hair needs are.
Once the consultation form is returned to us
, our guest services team will be in touch to schedule your new appointment.
If you have a pre-existing appointment in June or July
, we will do our best to leave said appointment as is.
, because of changes to some stylist’s hours, we may have to reschedule. We will be in contact as soon as possible through email and phone to do so.
