DPH Announces 80 New Positive Cases / Five Additional Deaths
According to the Delaware Division of Public Health (DPH)
80 new Delawareans have been diagnosed with COVID-19, taking the total number of lab-confirmed cases to
9,685, including
157 who are hospitalized,
28 of whom are critically ill.
Three hundred seventy-three individuals have died due to COVID-19 in Delaware with ages ranging from 21 to 103 years old.
The most recent deaths ranged in age from 65 to 80. Four of the individuals were Kent County residents, and one was a Sussex County resident. All five individuals had underlying health conditions and two were residents of long-term care facilities.
