DPH Announces 211 New Positive Cases / Ten Additional Deaths
According to the Delaware Division of Public Health (DPH)
211 new Delawareans have been diagnosed with COVID-19, taking the total number of lab-confirmed cases to
6,741, including
282 who are hospitalized,
55 of whom are critically ill.
Two hundred forty-seven individuals have died due to COVID-19 in Delaware with ages ranging from 22 to 103 years old.
The most recent deaths ranged in age from 55 to 91. Two were New Castle County residents, two were Kent County residents, and six were Sussex County residents. All 10 of the individuals had underlying health conditions. Five of the individuals were residents of long-term care facilities.
