Members of the Campus Community,
As we wrap up our second week of classes and head into the holiday weekend, we wanted to reach out to remind you of and encourage you to continue to diligently follow our four personal safety practices:
- Conduct a daily health self-assessment
- Wear a face covering
- Maintain social distancing
- Maintain personal hygiene
Members of the campus community are highly encouraged to continue these personal safety practices even as they come and go from campus over the holiday weekend.
Additionally, it is important to understand that not only is the use of face coverings one of our personal safety practices on campus, but it is currently a mandate in the State of Ohio. Please review the tips below regarding the use of face coverings in an effort to appropriately protect yourself and those around you.
The first two weeks of classes have gone well, and we thank you for all that you are doing to adhere to the guidelines presented in the Fall 2020 Responsible Reopening Guide. As we continue to learn and live on campus, your unrelenting diligence will be paramount to our efforts to keep our community safe and well. Our ability to continue to offer the campus experience our students desire – in-person education, residential life, campus engagement, etc. – depends in large measure on our ability to meet these expectations and to hold ourselves and others accountable.
