We at Bright Smiles of Winter Haven hope this letter finds you and your families in good health. Our community has been through a lot over the last few months, and we are all looking forward to resuming our normal habits and routines. While many things have changed, one thing has remained the same: our commitment to your health. As we prepare to start seeing patients May 4th, we want to assure you we have your family's health and safety as our highest priorities.

We understand you have concerns regarding this pandemic, and we have also been working through these concerns with our families and team. Infection control has always been a top priority of our practice, and we are proud to say that our standards have always exceeded the guidelines of the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), the American Dental Association (ADA), and the Center for Disease Control (CDC).

In light of the current pandemic, we have continued to follow the recommendations of these agencies, and added to our usual stringent practices. When it is time for your next appointment, you will see some changes, which have been made to help protect both, our patients and our team.

We are truly sorry for the inconvenience, but we hope you can understand the importance of limiting the spread of the virus.

Sincerely Yours,

Dr. Rogers and Dr. Dupay
