publication on the implications of COVID-19 for the I/DD population. The paper is easy to read, and simple to understand and follow. The protocols on hospital and emergency room discharge developed by New York Disability Advocates (NYDA) are referenced on page 14. These protocols were previously shared in our

Mid-Hudson Clinic Patient Communication Letter
The Arc Mid-Hudson sent its Article 16 patients this well written and thoughtful
letter communicating the efforts being taken to ensure the safety of clinic service recipients when attending an appointment. This letter could be used as a template for your own communications.
