Dear Union Bank Customers:

Union Bank is working to meet your banking needs during the Coronavirus health emergency.  Designated as a business that provides critical economic security, Union Bank has approval to continue to operate under the Vermont and New Hampshire Stay Home executive and emergency orders. To best protect you, our communities, and staff, we will continue with our drive-up-only service, but in-branch lobby access is restricted until the executive order is lifted.  Our New Hampshire offices will operate under the same framework.

Based on customer usage this week, we will return to regular drive-up hours starting Monday, March 30
We continue to encourage our customers to take advantage of the many options available in online and mobile banking and to use debit cards and Apple Pay in place of cash payments to limit points of contact when you are required to leave the house for essential reasons.

Loan Customers: we understand that the employment of many of our customers has been disrupted and that you may be concerned about your ability to make your next loan payment. Union Bank will do our utmost to work with you and we have temporary relief options to assist most customers, if and when it is needed. Please contact us and we will have one of our loan specialists speak with you at the earliest opportunity.
