Due to the limited seating in our lobby, there will be a maximum of 6 waiting at a time. Therefore, if the number exceeds 6 people at your time of entry, we may ask you to return to your car and wait to be called in for your appointment. There will be no access beyond the lobby, closing rooms, and restrooms. Please do not attempt to walk through our office where employees are working.
Agents are now welcome to attend the closing, but please be advised that we will have a maximum number of 4 people per closing room. Therefore, Purchasers and Sellers may be split between rooms available.
Please be patient as we adjust to this new normal. We will do our very best to accommodate everyone, but we must remain safe and vigilant. It will take extra time to clean and disinfect between transactions and closings themselves will take longer to complete. Therefore the number of transactions we can close in a day will be reduced. We ask that you PLEASE remain flexible when scheduling your transaction.
The below questions will still be asked and if any answers are yes, you or your client must remain outside the building and may be asked to reschedule.
- Have you been ill or had a fever in the last 14 days?
- Have you been around or cared for anyone who has been ill or had a fever in the last 14 days?
- Have you flown within the last 14 days?
