The City of Reno understands that COVID-19 has impacted many businesses. You are at the core of our community, and we want to help during these challenging times. We recently approved a program to begin this effort.
The City of Reno is offering several options to provide economic relief to Reno business licensees impacted by the COVID-19 public health emergency. The program offers payment extensions and fee reductions to eligible businesses that have been impacted by COVID-19 and the business closure directives.
Check out this guide to see if you qualify for any of the relief options. If you are eligible, make sure you apply by submitting the
Reno COVID-19 Business License Relief Request Form.
The City is looking at ways to expand this program and provide additional relief options as well. Do you have an idea of what the City can do to help your business because of COVID-19? Share your ideas with us! We have put together a very short
survey (also
en español) to better understand what the City of Reno can do to help while business restrictions are in place and/or after businesses are permitted to open again. We will provide additional information as aspects of the program are finalized.
If you have questions about the business license relief program, please call 775-334-2090 or email
[email protected]. Due to high call volume, please leave a voicemail and a staff member will call you back as soon as possible.
