The new Risk Reduction Order, mandatory directives for business sectors and activities, and answers to Frequently Asked Questions can be found
The new Order puts in place long-term, across-the-board risk reduction measures. It allows additional activities such as hair and nail services, gyms, and outdoor gatherings of up to 60 people to resume, but it requires strict social distancing protocols, consistent use of face coverings, and significant capacity limits for those activities to occur.
Additional directives relating to Recreational and Athletic Activities; Hotels and Motels; Public Transit; Childcare, Summer Camps, and Children’s Activities; and Agriculture will be released today.
The Social Distancing Protocol associated with the new Order contains updated requirements. Prior protocols will no longer be valid as of July 13th.
Businesses that are already operating under the existing Health Order must complete and submit the new Social Distancing Protocol by July 13th to remain in operation
. Those businesses that are newly allowed to reopen under the Risk Reduction Order must complete the new Social Distancing Protocol prior to reopening. These businesses cannot resume activities any earlier than July 13th.
