Food Hub Survey
Please help get out a “ food hub” survey targeted at producers and growers in COOS, CURRY, DOUGLAS, JACKSON, OR JOSEPHINE county. NeighborWorks Umpqua, along with OSU Extension, Blue Zones Project-Umpqua and several other organizations are examining the feasibility of a regional food hub potentially serving farmers in Douglas, Curry, Coos, Jackson and Josephine Counties. Determining the interest of farmers in participating in a food hub is the essential first step in a feasibility assessment.   Survey should take 10 minutes or less. Click here for the survey.
