  • New online training to prepare for new jobs (not necessarily healthcare) will be available soon.
  • Online training to rapidly expand our supply of paid regional healthcare assistants will be available soon. These positions can help vulnerable populations, and free up other medical staff needed for life-saving services.

Southern Oregon Workforce Investment Board (SOWIB)
  • A volunteer matching service will be up shortly. Stipends, gas money, etc. will be available for volunteers who will help deliver food and prescriptions to vulnerable populations that cannot risk leaving their homes.
  • If you have gloves, masks, safety glasses, etc. to help protect health workers, please email response@sowib.org and they will let you know the nearest collection point.
