Dear TPC Family,
I apologize in advance for yet another notice about the COVID-19 situation, but we wanted you to know what we are doing to protect our clients and their family members as well as our staff during this stressful time.
We are currently fully operational and available by phone or email to attend to any of your needs. All members of our staff are healthy, and we are doing everything we can to keep it that way. In that regard, we all are trying to minimize unnecessary contact with the general public while remaining productive and attending to the ever-changing needs of our clients.
We are reaching out to all individuals who have meetings with us scheduled over the next several weeks and offering the option of conducing those meeting by telephone or video conference. We also have one attorney and limited staff who will be conducting regular conferences for those situations where people need to come into the office to sign documents.
Our upcoming Seminar on the SECURE Act has been postponed indefinitely, as has our 10-year anniversary party. We will get both events back on the calendar just as soon as it is safe to do so.
In the meantime, please know that our efforts are focused entirely on protecting your health and our productivity, and trying to do our part to prevent the spread of COVID-19 and the impact it may have on area health resources. The safety and well-being of each of you and those of us who serve you is top priority, so we are closely monitoring guidance from local, state, and federal agencies related to the coronavirus. Please know we are taking appropriate steps to safely provide continued service to each of you.
