COVID-19 Update
I wanted to give you an update with our credit union in response to the COVID-19 coronavirus.

To help slow the spread of the coronavirus, following advisories from state and global authorities, we have closed the lobby of our credit union for the time being. We are processing all transactions through our drive up window.

We are also changing our office hours, effective Tuesday, March 24, 2020 to be 9am to 5pm, Monday through Friday (no special hours on Wednesdays).

Credit union staff will be available to assist you over the phone and through the drive up window during office hours.

We encourage you to access your accounts electronically whenever possible. Here are some suggestions on how to do that:

Online - You can manage every aspect of your Utah Federal Credit Union account(s) including inquiries, transferring funds, loan payments, apply for a loan, and much more by using Mobicint, our online teller at utahfederalcu.com. If you need to enroll with Mobicint, please call our office during regular hours and we will be happy to assist you.

You may use our 24/7 audio teller by calling (801) 328-1521 and pressing 7 on your keypad.

Need to deposit a check? Checks can easily be deposited using Remote Deposit inside our smart phone app. Don't have our app? Apple users click here for our app in the App Store, and Droid users click here for our app in the Google Play Store. Please call our office first though so that we may enroll you with Remote Deposit.

Need Cash? Utah Federal Credit Union is a proud member of the Co-op ATM Network. You may use your VISA debit card at any of these ATM's. To find the closest ATM to you, click here. Please note - there is a $500 per day limit on ATM withdrawals.

Don't Want To Drive To Our Office? Utah Federal Credit Union is a proud member of the Co-op Shared Branching System. You may perform regular credit union transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and more at any of the 5,000+ locations located nationwide. In the local Salt Lake City area, all Cyprus Credit Union, Goldenwest Credit Union, Utah First Credit Union, and American United Credit Union branches are locations that you may access. Please remember that you'll need to know your Utah Federal account number, and you'll need a current government issued ID, such as a drivers license or passport. To find the closest Co-op Shared Branch near you, click here. We encourage you to call your nearest shared branch location to verify operating hours before going.

Please note that Mountain America Credit Union and Jordan Credit Union have suspended shared branching transactions at the present time.

Most, if not all, shared branch credit unions have restricted access to drive up windows only.

If you are unable to pay your loan payment because your employment has been affected by this pandemic, please give us a call, as we are more than willing to work with you. Our credit union's core mission is to assist our members no matter what they are experiencing, and we are here to help.

Please be assured that it will be business as usual at your credit union while our community is "Social Distancing". ACH direct deposits will be posted, your VISA debit and credit cards are and will be functioning, staff will be available during normal office hours to assist you, and we are still granting loans.
