Health Officer's Weekly Update
Public Health - Muskegon County Director Kathy Moore joins Andy O'Riley to provide an update on our COVID-19 cases. Learn about what it means to be a "contact," and the difference between close and casual contact. There are a lot of things happening locally, including school plans for the fall, an outbreak at the prison, and isolation housing at Camp Pendalouan for agricultural workers.

Public Guidance for COVID-19
Are you confused about what you can and cannot do in the era of COVID-19? The State has released a new webpage listing which activities can open, operate at limited capacity or must remain closed due to COVID-19 and Gov. Whitmer’s executive orders.
Muskegon County is in Region 2 so certain activities (i.e. movie theaters, bowling alleys, etc.) remain closed. Learn more here.
#MaskUpMSK: Available at Your Library
Thanks to generous donations, the Mask Up Muskegon initiative was able to distribute reusable face coverings to all Muskegon County libraries this week. The masks are individual packaged with instructions on mask use and care included.

Mask Up Muskegon is a partnership of Public Health - Muskegon County, HealthWest, the Livability Lab and other community partners. Want to get involved? Just send an email to communityrelations@healthwest.net.
