Partner Spotlight - Alameda Independent Mobility

In partnership with Eden I&R, Inc., the City of Alameda is excited to launch a new pilot program, Alameda Independent Mobility (AIM). This program facilitates same-day trip needs within Alameda County for low-income residents of the City of Alameda who are fully enrolled in East Bay Paratransit.

We arrange and monitor up to five Uber or Lyft trips per month for each participant. Eden I&R’s knowledgeable and trained call center staff can also provide referrals to food, housing and other services should the AIM client have such needs.

If you are interested in this program, contact the City of Alameda Paratransit Coordinator at CityParatransit@alamedaca.gov or call 510-747-7513.
