Request For Proposal – Industry-Focused Sector Centers
The Chicago Cook Workforce Partnership and LWIA 7 Workforce Innovation Board are issuing a Request for Proposals (RFP) for highly qualified organizations to assist The Partnership and its network of delegate agencies in the offering, delivery, and facilitation of workforce development services with businesses in the given industry sector throughout Cook County.

Request For Proposal – One-Stop Operator
The Chicago Cook Workforce Partnership and LWIA 7 Workforce Innovation Board are issuing a Request for Proposals (RFP) for a highly qualified, neutral One-Stop Operator to coordinate the services delivered by WIOA One-Stop partners at 10 existing One-Stops (a.k.a. “American Job Centers”) throughout Cook County, resulting in more streamlined and integrated services for job seekers and businesses.
