Need help in identifying patients over 80?
Partnering for Quality (PFQ) has built searches and ‘how to’ guides/videos on the website, under the EMR Resources tab:

  • Enter “COVID-19 Patient Vaccination Search and Consent” in the search bar to pull up resources for PSS and Accuro.
  • EMR compatible versions of the consent form and an interactive PDF version are also included.

In the coming days/weeks, PFQ will add searches for those in other age categories according to the provincial framework.

Please note the MLHU is not requiring you to create lists or submit lists. However some offices desire these lists to help with reaching out to patients to notify them of their eligibility to get COVID vaccinations.
