COVID-19 VACCINE INFORMATION FOR PHYSICIANS AND PRACTICES
Good Evening,

As I'm sure you have heard, the Kern County Public Health Services Department has soft-launched their COVID-19 mass vaccination clinics at the Kern County Fairgrounds. For now they are administering about 300 vaccines a day to people with appointments in approved tiers who had already been in touch with the department. But they are planning to ramp up to administering 5,000 vaccines a day to people who walk up and drive up 12 hours a day, 7 days a week.

To that end, they are looking for individuals who can administer vaccine and they are able to compensate individuals or practices who can provide staffing. If you and/or your practice is interested in administering vaccines at the mass vaccination clinics, please answer the following survey. The survey information will be forwarded to Public Health and someone will contact you about your availability and other details.

As a reminder, if you are in Tiers 1, 2 or 3 of Phase 1A and you and/or your staff have not been vaccinated, click here to find out where to make an appointment.
