COVID-19 Vaccine Clinic - Nov. 10th
Mower County Public Health and Southland School are partnering to offer the Pfizer COVID-19 Vaccine to the NOW ELIGILBE 5-11 age group ON SITE at Southland School on November 10th in the afternoon! 
If you would like your child to receive the vaccine, please use the link below to sign your child up to be vaccinated on site on November 10th. 


**Please note: We will ONLY be offering the pediatric dose of the Pfizer COVID-19 Vaccine – So only those children age 5-11 are eligible for this on-site vaccine clinic on November 10th**
Mayo Clinic Information:
For those that would prefer to have their child vaccinated at Mayo Clinic, here is the information on how to sign your child up:

Parents and legal guardians can use their Patient Online Services caregiver account or the Mayo Clinic App to schedule an appointment for their 5- to 11-year-old. If they don't have a caregiver account for their 5- to 11-year-old and would like to set up one, you can call Mayo Clinic Customer Assistance at 877-858-0398.
Eligible patients in this age range for the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine at Mayo Clinic can call Mayo Clinic at 507-434-9929 to schedule.
