COVID-19 Vaccine Waitlist

Getting the Vaccine through Springbrook
Self-Hired Staff are eligible to receive the COVID-19 vaccine as part of New York State's 1B group. Springbrook has partnered with regional healthcare organizations and Departments of Health to distribute the COVID-19 vaccine. We strongly encourage you to register for the Springbrook Vaccination Waitlist by clicking the button below.
In the next three to six weeks, Springbrook Vaccine Clinics will prioritize residents and Home Unit employees. However, additional doses of the vaccine may become available. The availability of doses will be calculated weekly.

  • As doses become available, waitlist members will be contacted to schedule an appointment. Doses may become available on very short notice - sometimes with less than 24 hour's notice. We will do our best to give you as much time as possible to schedule an appointment.

  • If you are contacted for an appointment but are unavailable to schedule or fail to respond, the next individual on the waitlist will be contacted. You will then be moved to the bottom of the waitlist
If you are able to get the vaccination at another site earlier, we strongly encourage you to do so. See below for a list of vaccine distribution sites by county. If you are vaccinated at another location, please submit the verification to Human Resources, and contact the Clinical team to be removed from the waitlist.
