Veterinary Medicine has been deemed an essential service by almost all Canadian provinces and territories due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Telemedicine has been highlighted as a possible tool to help veterinarians deliver their medical services. The goal of the webinar is to define what telemedicine is and what it could mean for veterinary team members. We will also discuss regulations concerning telemedicine, and offer some tools and practical tips to get started .
 
Dr. Serge Chalhoub
Dr. Chalhoub is a faculty member at the University of Calgary’s Faculty of Veterinary Medicine (UCVM). He serves as a member of the National Issues Committee of the Canadian Veterinary Medical Association (CVMA).
