COVID-19 Update May 12, 2020
The Board, management and staff would like to thank you for your patience and understanding as we continue to perform all transactions through our drive up window to keep you and our staff safe while doing business at the credit union. At this time, the credit union lobby remains closed to public access. We continue to follow the State's guidelines and recommendations with the status being "orange" which recommends employees working remotely, which we are presently doing with half of our staff at all times. However, management and staff are preparing the lobby to be opened on a later date with the installation of clear plexiglass coverings on our teller windows and floor markings to maintain social distancing inside the credit union.

As always, credit union staff are also available to assist you over the phone during office hours, even when they are working remotely away from the credit union.

If you are interested in opening a new account, we ask that you call the credit union at (801) 328-1521 during regular office hours, and we'll take your information over the phone and complete the necessary paperwork. We'll then have you come to the credit union, and using our drive up window have you sign the necessary paperwork, verify you ID, and deposit your required $25 into shares.

We encourage you to access your accounts electronically whenever possible. Here are some suggestions on how to do that:

Online - You can manage every aspect of your Utah Federal Credit Union account(s) including inquiries, transferring funds, loan payments, apply for a loan, and much more by using Mobicint, our online teller at utahfederalcu.com. If you need to enroll with Mobicint, please call our office during regular hours and we will be happy to assist you.

You may use our 24/7 audio teller by calling (801) 328-1521 and pressing 7 on your keypad.

We are still doing loans and have the ability to have you sign your loan documents electronically with DocuSign. Or, you can stop by the credit union and sign them at the drive up window.

Need to deposit a check? Checks can easily be deposited using Remote Deposit inside our smart phone app. Don't have our app? Apple users click here for our app in the App Store, and Droid users click here for our app in the Google Play Store. Please call our office first though so that we may enroll you with Remote Deposit.

Need Cash? Utah Federal Credit Union is a proud member of the Co-op ATM Network. You may use your VISA debit card at any of these ATM's. To find the closest ATM to you, click here. Please note - there is a $500 per day limit on ATM withdrawals.

Don't Want To Drive To Our Office? Utah Federal Credit Union is a proud member of the Co-op Shared Branching System. You may perform regular credit union transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and more at any of the 5,000+ locations located nationwide. In the local Salt Lake City area, most Mountain America Credit Union, Jordan Credit Union, Cyprus Credit Union, Goldenwest Credit Union, Utah First Credit Union, and American United Credit Union branches are locations that you may access. Please remember that you'll need to know your Utah Federal account number, and you'll need a current government issued ID, such as a drivers license or passport. We're happy to announce that Mountain America Credit Union, Goldenwest Credit Union, and Jordan Credit Union have resumed shared branch transactions at their locations.
