On behalf of Pure Spa and Salon, I wanted to let you know how we are responding to the peak flu season and concerns around corona virus. We are humbled by your loyalty, and we take our responsibility to our customers, and Pure providers very seriously. The health & wellness of our clients and Pure Staff is our priority and we want to put your mind at ease about our cleaning and sanitation practices at Pure Spa and Salon.
 
EVERYDAY PRACTICES
*We use medical grade cleansers and disinfectants
*All linens, robes and towels are laundered after every use
*Treatment tables and face cradles, including the metal and plastic pieces are disinfected and redressed with clean linens after every service

*Pure Spa locker rooms, water house, and treatment rooms are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected
*Tools and equipment are cleaned using antibacterial soap then sanitized using phenol-based disinfectant that kills mycobacteria, viruses, and bacteria.
 
ADDITIONAL PRECAUTIONS
In response to the corona virus, Pure Spa has increased cleaning protocols related to high-touch surfaces such as doorknobs, handrails, keyboard, plumbing fixtures, water house, remote controls, lockers and more.
Pure Spa encourage you to stay home drink lots of fluids and to see a doctor if you feel unwell. Pure spa has temporarily revised the cancellation policy, there is no penalties for canceling appointments.
 
BEST PRACTICE FOR STAYING WELL
Lastly, here are a few things you can do to stay well:
-Wash your hands often with soap for 20 seconds and get top of hands and under fingernails
-Disinfect hands frequently
-Avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth
-Cover coughs/sneezes with a tissue, then immediate throw the tissue away
-Avoid close contact with people who are sick
-Stay hydrated
-If you are not feeling well stay home
